Easter Special - Trudy Gera

This April 2026, Trudy Gera’s Art Studio is delighted to host its Easter Special Workshop, specially designed for children aged 5 years and up.

During this hands-on painting workshop, students will paint a wooden chopping board using paints. Each child will be offered a choice of design and level of guidance, thoughtfully adapted to their age and artistic ability, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all skill levels.

While the workshop is designed for children aged 5 years and up, the artwork will be age-appropriate. This means that not all students will be painting the same design; instead, each project will be tailored to suit the child’s age and capabilities.

The workshop will take place at the studio in Tarxien and offers a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their creativity, develop confidence in painting, and take home a unique, hand-painted Easter keepsake.

1. When and where will it be held?

The workshop will be held in three sessions. Students can attend only one session. All sessions will cover the same material. All sessions will be held at Trudy Gera’s Art Studio in Tarxien.

2. Who can join?

We welcome all creative children eager to learn! There is no strict age limit for the Young Artists Workshop. Nonetheless, it is best suited for children aged 5 years and up.

3. What will the workshop consists of?

This 1.5 hour workshop will consist of a guided painting session on a wooden chopping board using paints.
Students will be offered a choice of designs and level of guidance, tailored to their age and artistic abilities, ensuring that each child feels confident and supported throughout the process. The relaxed studio setting includes background music and personalized guidance, ensuring an enjoyable and inspiring session.

4. Which resources are needed?

To join in the workshop, children only need to bring their creativity and enthusiasm! All necessary materials, including aprons, chopping boards, and other artistic supplies, will be provided.

5. Can my child join in this workshop if they are already enrolled in your classes during the year?

If your child is now attending our studio classes, we highly encourage them to join our Easter Special Workshops! These sessions will include unique content. They will differ from our regular classes held throughout the year. They will not replicate any earlier special workshops. It’s a great opportunity for them to explore new creative techniques and projects!.

6. What if my child can’t attend on the day?

If a participant is unable to attend the workshop, refunds are not issued and payments are non-transferable.
The only exception is in the case of medical emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, a refund or transfer of 50% of the amount paid may be offered.

Alternatively, parents may choose to transfer the booking to another child, provided the studio is informed in advance.

7. How much will it cost?

The 1.5-hour session at the studio costs €25, which includes all materials.

8. How can I apply & pay?

To confirm your spot, you must make the full payment via Revolut at 79320019. However, we suggest that you wait to receive a confirmation email. It will indicate that your spot has been secured. Only then should you make the payment.
