Art Through Time is an 8-week structured art program designed to introduce students to key art periods throughout history. Each session explores a different era, including ancient civilisations, Classical Greek and Roman art, and later movements like Impressionism. Students study notable artists, techniques, and styles, and apply their learning through practical art-making. The program includes a variety of mediums like paint, charcoal, and ink. It encourages experimentation on different surfaces like canvas, glass, and wood. Guided instruction is balanced with creative freedom to support individual expression.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: The booking is considered confirmed only upon completion of the application and receipt of full payment.
  2. Lesson Cancellation: If we can’t conduct a lesson or must cancel it, it will either be rescheduled. Alternatively, a prorate refund will be provided to cover the missed lesson.
  3. Absences: All absences must be communicated via WhatsApp or our Facebook page. Planned absences should be reported in advance, while unplanned absences should be communicated as soon as possible.
  4. Missed Lessons & Transfers Missed lessons may be rescheduled on another day to replace the missed session, subject to availability. However, this cannot be guaranteed. It depends entirely on available spaces. The missed lesson can also be transferred to another student. This is possible if at least 24 hours’ notice is given along with the replacement student’s details.
  5. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons.

Who can attend the Summer Art Classes?

The program is open to children aged 5–14, divided into age-appropriate groups to ensure the best learning experience. For students who attend regular classes throughout the year, the summer program features entirely new lessons, with no repetition of the regular curriculum.

How often are the classes held?

Classes take place once a week for 1.5 hours over an 8 week period.

What will my child learn?

Each week focuses on a different art period. This includes ancient civilisations, Greek & Roman art, and movements such as the Impressionists. These periods are explored using hands-on artworks and guided instruction.

Are art materials included?

Yes. All art-making materials are provided, including an art apron.

What happens if my child is absent?

Absences must be communicated in advance where possible. Please note that no refunds or credits are issued for missed lessons.

Can my child attend on a different day if we miss a lesson?
