1. Where is the workshop located and what are the drop-off and pick-up guidelines?

All workshops will take place at Trudy Gera’s Art Studio in Tarxien (find us on Google Maps). Doors open 10 minutes before the workshop begins. Please ensure children are picked up promptly at the scheduled end time. The studio cannot be responsible for children outside official workshop hours, so kindly avoid dropping them off early or leaving them unattended before the session begins.

Punctuality for both drop-off and pick-up is expected.

2. Who can participate?

We welcome all creative children who are eager to learn to join our Summer Special Workshops. While there is no strict age limit, the sessions are best suited for children aged 5–14 years. Although we cater to a wide age range, each child will create their own artwork. They will do so according to their individual abilities. Personalized guidance is provided throughout the process.

3. Which resources are needed?

To participate in the workshop, the participants only need to bring their creativity and enthusiasm. All the necessary materials such as aprons and all other materials will be provided at the workshop.

4. Can my child participate in this workshop if they are already enrolled in your classes during the year?

Certainly! If your child is now attending our studio classes, we highly recommend their participation in the Summer Special workshops. Please be aware that the workshop sessions will offer unique content. This content will differ from both our regular classes conducted throughout the year. It will also differ from any previous special workshops.

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If your child is unable to attend the workshop, refunds are not issued and payments are non-transferable.

The only exception applies in cases of medical emergencies, which will be considered individually. In such situations, a 50% refund or transfer may be offered, subject to the presentation of a valid medical certificate.

Alternatively, you may transfer your child’s place to another participant, provided that you notify us at least 1 hour before the workshop begins. Failure to inform us of non-attendance within this timeframe will result in the full fee being forfeited.

How can I apply & pay?

To secure your place for the workshops, please click on the BOOK NOW button to fill in the application form. However, please note that filling in the form alone does not gurantee your participation. To confirm your post, you must make the full payment via Revolut at 79320019. However, we advise you to wait to receive a confirmation email indicating that your spot has been secured before making the payment.
